    Disclosure: Names and other identifying information of individuals participating in the Prevention 1st Challenge will not be shared with participating employers or counties. NC Prevention Partners will not provide personal information or mailing lists to any organization. If an individual's county of residence or place of employment is participating in the Prevention 1st Challenge, their participation will be counted towards their participation rates. Reports to counties or employers will include a summary of the total number of participating individuals and a description of their goals (for example, 65 participants joined form County A (or Business A); 34 of those participants chose quitting tobacco use as a goal; and 12 met that goal).
