Start making changes today that support good health!
Any NC county, business, youth group, or individual over 18 years of age can join. To get started, click on the link below that best describes your level of participation.

      Business

If you are a manager, HR director, or wellness coordinator and want to enroll your business in the Challenge, please contact NC Prevention Partners.

Note:
Employees sign up as individuals; participation of individuals will count toward business' overall participation rate and county's overall participation rate (if county is participating).

Individual/ Household

Sign-up here if you are an individual who wants to enroll yourself or your household in the Challenge.

Note:
You will be asked to designate what county you live in and where you work, so that your participation can be counted towards your county's and/or business' participation rates.

Disclosure: Names and other identifying information of individuals participating in the Prevention 1st Challenge will not be shared with participating employers or counties. NC Prevention Partners will not provide personal information or mailing lists to any organization. If an individual's county of residence or place of employment is participating in the Prevention 1st Challenge, their participation will be counted towards their participation rates. Reports to counties or employers will include a summary of the total number of participating individuals and a description of their goals (for example, 65 participants joined from County A (or Business A), and 34 of those participants chose quitting tobacco use as a goal).

Let's rise to the Challenge and put prevention first!
